1. You will be staying in someone’s home, and we kindly request you to treat the property with care and respect, just as you would your own.
2.A refundable security deposit of ₹15,000 will be collected at the time of check-in. Any damages to the property or missing items will be deducted from the deposit after inspection.(For a stags group type security deposit would be ₹20,000)
3.Illegal substances and drugs are strictly prohibited inside the villa and within the community.
4.Please ensure no glass bottles or breakables are taken near the pool area.
5.The villa is located within a gated community that is ideal for families and groups of friends. To maintain a peaceful environment for all residents, parties, loud music, and disruptive behavior are strictly not allowed on the premises.
6.Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM, and guests are requested to keep noise levels low during this time.
7.Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the villa. If smoking is found indoors, a ₹10,000 deep-cleaning fee will be charged.
8.All linens and fabrics are white. Please do not use them for cleaning food spills, dyed hair, makeup removal, or similar purposes. Any stains that cannot be removed will be considered damage and charged as per actual replacement cost.
9.Guests are requested to maintain basic cleanliness and leave the villa tidy. If the property is left in an excessively unclean condition, an additional cleaning fee of ₹1,000 will be applicable.
10.Violation of any house rules may result in a penalty of ₹2,000, in addition to any applicable charges.
11.Please ensure all appliances are switched off and hand over the keys to the caretaker before checking out.
12. As part of our sustainability efforts, we change all linens once every three days.
