Step inside and you’re greeted by a warm, colourful living space—tastefully decorated with striking paintings, vibrant cushions, and an inviting pastel sofa.
The ground floor also features:
- A compact kitchenette with essentials: induction cooktop, kettle, microwave, toaster & cookware
- A small bathroom/powder room for convenience
- A bright ambience with greenery peeking in from the windows
- A bold red spiral staircase anchors the villa, leading you up to both ensuite bedrooms—one on each floor.

🛏 Bedrooms (First & Second Floor)
Each floor is dedicated to one private bedroom, giving guests space, privacy, and a peaceful retreat.
Both rooms feature:
- A comfortable queen bed with fresh linens
- Balcony overlooking green fields and palm trees
- Large, framed art pieces that add personality and charm
- Plenty of natural light from multiple windows
- Attached bathroom with modern fittings, hot water & toiletries

💡 A Few Things to Note
- A bold red spiral staircase anchors the villa, leading you up to both ensuite bedrooms—one on each floor.
- Maximum occupancy: 4 guests comfortably; up to 6 with extra charge (₹500/person per night)
- Smoking allowed only in balcony areas
- No loud music after 10 PM—our neighbourhood is quiet and peaceful
- Our caretaker is available between 10 AM and 6 PM
- Groceries and essentials can be ordered via Blinkit.
- Early check in/ Late check out is subject to availability and may incure a nominal fee.
