A: Our check-out time is 11:00 AM. Late check-out is based on availability and may include an extra charge. If you need to store your luggage after check-out, please get in touch with us.

Q: Is there housekeeping available?
A: Yes, there will be a housekeeping service available at your convenience. To respect your privacy, please let the caretaker know if and when you'd like your villa to be cleaned. Housekeeping happens everyday between 11PM - 5PM.

Q: What is the maximum occupancy for the villa?
A: The villa is designed for 4 guests, but can accommodate 5 guests. Extra guests over 4 will be charged INR 2000 per night, per person.

Q: How can I arrange for Groceries and Alcohol?
A: Swiggy Instamart and Blinkit is operational in the area, and you can get groceries delivered to the apartment.

It's a humble request to follow the house rules to have a peaceful stay.
- We love music, however, we love our neighbours’ privacy & comfort as well. No loud music is allowed after 11:00 pm.
- Our staff is available every day from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM to assist you.

- Number of occupants are to be strictly followed.
- The private pool is accessible anytime. Timings for common/shared pool is from 8AM - 8PM.
- Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment however provisions have been made in the outdoor space, you can use these spaces according to your convenience.
-NETWORK CONNECTIVITY- Please note that Jio offers good network coverage in the building, while Vodafone and Airtel may have limited signal strength in this area.
- SECURITY DEPOSIT: We take a security deposit of Rs. 15000 upon check-in, which is refundable upon check-out*. The security deposit for a longer stay will be higher.(For a stags group type security deposit would be ₹20,000)
