Cellular coverage for Vi, Airtel, and Jio may be limited in the area. However, complimentary high-speed Wi‑Fi is available throughout the villa to ensure uninterrupted connectivity.
⏰ Is early check‑in or late check‑out possible?
Yes, early check-in and late check-out may be arranged at an additional charge, subject to availability. Please message us at least 2 days in advance to check feasibility.
💳 Is there a security deposit?
Yes. A ₹10,000 refundable security deposit is collected at check-in and refunded post check-out, subject to no damages.(For a stags group type security deposit would be ₹20,000)
👥Are visitors allowed at the villa?
Yes, visitors are allowed at the villa until 6:00 PM only. We kindly request that you inform us in advance and share valid ID details of the visitors prior to their arrival.

1. You will be staying in someone’s home, and we kindly request you to treat the property with care and respect, just as you would your own.
2.A refundable security deposit of ₹10,000 will be collected at the time of check-in. Any damages to the property or missing items will be deducted from the deposit after inspection. (For a stags group type security deposit would be ₹20,000)
3.Illegal substances and drugs are strictly prohibited inside the villa and within the community.
4.Please ensure no glass bottles or breakables are taken near the pool area.
5.The villa is located within a gated community that is ideal for families and groups of friends. To maintain a peaceful environment for all residents, parties, loud music, and disruptive behavior are strictly not allowed on the premises.
6.Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM, and guests are requested to keep noise levels low during this time.
7.Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the villa. If smoking is found indoors, a ₹10,000 deep-cleaning fee will be charged.
8.All linens and fabrics are white. Please do not use them for cleaning food spills, dyed hair, makeup removal, or similar purposes. Any stains that cannot be removed will be considered damage and charged as per actual replacement cost.
9.Guests are requested to maintain basic cleanliness and leave the villa tidy. If the property is left in an excessively unclean condition, an additional cleaning fee of ₹1,000 will be applicable.
10.Violation of any house rules may result in a penalty of ₹2,000, in addition to any applicable charges.
11.Please ensure all appliances are switched off and hand over the keys to the caretaker before checking out.
