House Rules
✔Noise & Disturbances Please be considerate of your neighbours and maintain a reasonable noise level, especially between 10 pm and 7 am. Refrain from hosting loud parties or events on the property.
✔Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the villa. Designated smoking areas are available outdoors, i.e., Pool side, Balcony, Veranda etc
✔Chewing Tobacco Strictly Prohibited with no exceptions.
✔Upkeep Daily cleaning of our property is compulsory. We kindly request your cooperation with our housekeeping staff.
✔Pets: Pets are allowed on the property. And please note pet sanitation charges will be applicable.
✔Maximum Occupancy Adhere to the maximum occupancy limit for your villa. Any additional guests must be approved by the management beforehand.
✔Damages & Breakages Guests are responsible for any damages or breakages during their stay. Please report any incidents to the management promptly. Charges may apply for repairs or replacements.
✔Safety & Security Ensure that all doors and windows are locked when leaving the villa unattended. We will not be responsible for any loss or theft of personal belongings.
✔This is a 3BHK property but the listing is for a 2BHK setup with one room kept locked. If you'd like to use the additional room, it is available for an extra charge.
