Extra Person Charges: Got an extra guest? No problem! Just add Rs

Clean-Up Crew Fees: If the villa’s décor gets a little too
excited from someone’s stomach (aka vomiting), it’ll cost Rs

For poolside “oopsies” (yes, vomiting in the pool), we’ll need Rs
5,000/- to make things sparkling clean again
Keep It Down!: Loud music is so yesterday
We love peace and quiet, so please keep the noise level chill between 2:00 PM - 4:00 PM and after 10:00 PM
Pool Etiquette: Pool parties are fun, but no drinks or smokes allowed in the water (we’re aiming for refreshing, not messy)
And hey, nylon swimwear only! We want you to glide, not get caught
Oops, Did You Break It?: If anything inside the villa takes a tumble, we’ll charge the cost of repairs or replacement at market prices
No funny business
Dirty Laundry: If your towels or linens get a little too wild, and we can’t clean them, we’ll charge you based on the cost of fresh ones
Late Checkout Fee: We love a slow morning, but if you check out more than 30 minutes late, we’ll hit you with a Rs
1,000/- penalty
We’ve got places to be! Booking Drama-Free Zone: If you cancel 7 days ahead of your check-in, we’ll refund your advance in full
No hard feelings
Date Shuffle: Need to shift your check-in date? You can do that once, and the new date is valid for up to 1 month
After that, we’ll have to cancel the booking—don’t make us do it! Pets in the Pool: If your furry friends are ready to dive in, we’ll need Rs
3,000/- extra to change the pool water after checkout
