The Space
The villa offers five elegantly designed king bedrooms, each equipped with air conditioning, an en-suite bathroom, wardrobe, comfortable seating, and modern amenities. Three bedrooms feature private balconies overlooking the garden, providing a peaceful space to unwind.
The spacious living room is perfect for gathering with family and friends, offering comfortable seating, a TV, speakers, and ample natural light. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with essential appliances; however, guest access is limited to reheating food. An adjoining dining area with an 8-seater table makes shared meals convenient and enjoyable.
Step outside to a sprawling 1-acre landscaped garden featuring ample seating, a children's play area, and outdoor sports equipment. Guests can also relax in the private outdoor swimming pool, thoughtfully designed with built-in seating for a refreshing experience.
Guest Access
Guests have exclusive access to the entire villa, including all bedrooms, living and dining areas, private swimming pool, and landscaped gardens. Complimentary Wi-Fi, power backup, parking, caretaker assistance, indoor games, washing machine, welcome amenities, and an eco-friendly hygiene kit are included. Bonfire arrangements and professional photoshoots can be organized on request at an additional cost.

* Loud parties and excessive noise are not permitted.
* Smoking is allowed only in designated outdoor areas.
* Chewing tobacco is strictly prohibited.
* Daily housekeeping is mandatory.
* Maximum occupancy limits must be followed. Additional guests require prior approval.
* Guests are responsible for any damages during their stay.
* Please secure all doors and windows when leaving the villa unattended.
* A refundable security deposit of ₹30,000 is applicable for Holi bookings. Please note that the swimming pool will remain closed during this period, while the outdoor lawn and garden areas will remain accessible.

Refund Policy: For cancellations that comply with our policy terms, refunds will be processed as per the details below:
1. Refunds are only available if the full payment has been made; partial payments are non-refundable.
2. Refunds will be processed within 7-9 days post cancellation request.
Security Deposit Refund Policy: 15,000 Reimbursement will be processed within 4-7 working days post-property inspection. Your strict adherence to this timeline is highly appreciated.
Noise & Disturbances: Please be considerate of your neighbours and maintain a reasonable noise level, especially between 10 pm and 7 am. Refrain from hosting loud parties or events on the property.
Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the villa. Designated smoking areas are available outdoors.
Chewing Tobacco: Strictly Prohibited with no exceptions.
Pets: Unfortunately, pets are not allowed on the property. Please make alternative arrangements for your furry friends.
Maximum Occupancy: Adhere to the maximum occupancy limit for your villa. Any additional guests must be approved by the management beforehand.
Damage & Breakages: Guests are responsible for any damages or breakages during their stay. Please report any incidents to the management promptly. Charges may apply for repairs or replacements.
Cleanliness: Please maintain the cleanliness of the villa during your stay. Use designated trash bins for disposing of garbage and avoid littering the property.
Safety & Security: Ensure that all doors and windows are locked when leaving the villa unattended. ELIVAAS will not be responsible for any loss or theft of personal belongings.
Amenities & Facilities: Use the provided amenities and facilities responsibly, and follow any posted guidelines.
Compliance: All guests must comply with local laws and regulations. Any illegal activities on the property will result in immediate eviction and potential legal consequences.
Upkeep: Daily cleaning of our property is compulsory. We kindly request your cooperation with our housekeeping staff.
