To that effect, we provide:- Inverter, WiFi, AC, TV- Wardrobe, hangers, iron, torch- Geysers, towels, toiletries- Medical kit, mosquito repellent- Bar, library- Secured parking space for up to 4 carsThis is a wheelchair-friendly, and pet-friendly property.The Space:BEDROOMS- There are 4 bedrooms - 1 on the ground floor and 3 on first floor.- AC, WiFi, king-sized beds and attached bathrooms are offered in all rooms.- All rooms have attached balconies with garden/mountain views. BATHROOMS- There are 5 bathrooms in the villa - 4 attached and 1 powder room on ground floor.- All attached bathrooms have geysers, towels, basic toiletries and a separate dressing area.COMMON AREAS- The living room seats up to 8 people. - It offers sofa-style seating and is equipped with an AC, TV and music system.- The dining room is a part of the living room and offers comfortable seating for up to 6 people.- There is a games room and library on the first floor, with an attached balcony. - There is a bar counter on the terrace. Guests will have to get their own drinks. - There is a small private lawn with seating for 3-4 people. - There is a plunge pool within the premises as well. KITCHEN- There is an open kitchen on the ground floor. - Guests do not have access to the kitchen to prepare their own meals.- The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, gas stove, refrigerator, water purifier, toaster and an electric kettle. - Crockery and cutlery are also available.FOOD- Guests can eat out at nearby restaurants or order-in.- Consumption of non vegetarian food is allowed. - Please note that guests cannot bring their own cooks to prepare their own meals.Guest accessThe guests have access to the entire villa except for the kitchen. In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, guests may have restricted access to any shared amenities.Other things to noteSTAFF ACCOMMODATIONWe can provide accommodation for 1 male and 1 female staff member at an additional charge of Rs.750 per person, per day. The cost is not inclusive of meals. Staff members will be accommodated in the staff quarters. ACTIVITIESHillside Cove is a part of a gated community named Pristine Villas. There is a common playground within the complex that is accessible to the guests. Within the villa, guests can enjoy a swim or play indoor games in the games room. They can take a peaceful walk around the complex and embrace its beauty. There is an in-house library also with a diverse collection of books. The terrace bar makes for a great place to unwind and enjoy the view.HOME TRUTHSWhile we do promise you a welcoming home and a great stay, here are a few things we’d like to mention so as to ensure there are no unpleasant surprises later!- There is a CCTV camera that captures the entrance area. - In case of a power outage, power backup is available for 2 to 4 hours.- WiFi, although it is subject to network availability at any given time.- Mobile networks such as Jio/Vi work fairly well here.- Please note that guests cannot hire or bring any outside vendor for any events at the property.
