Aquavista is 9BHK Pure Veg & Jain Villa with 3 swimming pools. It's very close to the famous Jayanand Dham Jain Temple & 12 mins from Kumar Resort or 4.7 KM from the Railway station. This villa is specially curated for guests who follow a strict, pure vegetarian lifestyle, including communities like Jains, Marwaris, Gujaratis, and others who maintain a 100% vegetarian diet. Guests from any background are welcome, as long as they adhere to a pure vegetarian practice during their stay.The spaceEach of the 3 units in our 9-bhk villa comes with its private living room. While they are not air-conditioned, the villa’s elevated location and natural cross-ventilation keep the areas cool and comfortable, especially during the evenings. All bedrooms are fully air-conditioned for a restful and peaceful sleep.While the villa does not have a generator on-site, we do have an inverter backup system in place for essential lighting and fan operations during any minor power disruptions, so your stay remains comfortable and uninterrupted.Layout - Villa (A) and (C) do not have a kitchen.Villa (B) has a central kitchen & all the cooking is done there and served to Villa (A) and Villa (C).Villa A & C have the same layout. It has 1 Bedroom on the Ground Level and a washroom just outside the room. The remaining 2 bedrooms are on the 1st level, both have attached washrooms.In Villa B, all rooms are on the 1st level, of which 2 have attached washrooms and one room is without a washroom. We have a common washroom in the living area.Guest accessThey can access the entire Villa except Terrace and KitchenOther things to noteThe price you see online on Airbnb is up to 18 Guests as it does not allow us to enter a higher guest count.So this means even if the guest count is 18, you won't be charged anything extra above the price you paid online.Additional Guests above 18 will be charged 2000 per Adult per Day, and for kids, it's 1500 per Kid per Day.Kids below 5 are complimentary.A Security Deposit of 15,000 is mandatory at the time of check-in. It will be refunded on checkout out provided no damage is done to the property.Kitchen access is strictly not allowed. Exceptions are made for infants and guests with special dietary requirements who that so on prior notice.Ordering food from outside is not allowed.Bachelor's / Stag groups are not allowed.Smoking cigarettes & Sheesha inside the Villa premises is not allowed. Sheesha arrangements can be made outside.Loud music post 10 pm is strictly not allowed. Please take the music systems inside the villa.
