Allocation depends on guest count — up to 4 guests: 2 bathrooms, up to 6 guests: 3 bathrooms, and 8 guests & above: all 5 bathrooms.- All bathrooms are modern and have geysers for hot water supply. One bedroom on the first floor features a private bathtub for an added touch of luxury.Pamper yourself with complimentary toiletries like towels, shower gel, handwash, and toilet paper for your convenience.Living area on the ground floor:-This living room features a comfortable 6-seater sofa, an ottoman bench, a center coffee table, and two bean bags.-Equipped with a smart TV for entertainment, including Netflix and other OTT platforms.-Attached washroom for added convenience.-Additional mattresses provided for extra sleeping arrangements. -The dining area features a 6-seater dining table which is attached to the kitchen as well as the living area.-Board games are available, including darts, badminton, carrom, playing cards, chess, puzzles, and balls, for added entertainment.-Well-lit and tastefully furnished with a combination of white and gray colors, giving it a modern touch and a comfortable ambiance.-The villa is equipped with complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi for your convenience.- This living area offers views of the garden and pool, with direct access to these areas.-CCTV is installed in the living area on the ground floor for security reasons.Living area on the first floor:-This small living room which is on the first floor next to the bedrooms features a comfortable 4- seater sofa set, two small nesting tables and a sofa cum bed.- Additional mattresses provided for extra sleeping arrangements. -Well-lit and tastefully furnished, featuring large windows with white grilles and curtains, adding a modern touch and creating a comfortable ambiance.-It offers stunning mountain/forest views and features a sliding glass door that opens to a spacious balconySwimming Pool:-The pool, sized 30ft by 12ft, reaches a depth of 4.5ft for a delightful swimming experience.-Adult supervision is required for children at all times in the pool area.-Next to the pool, you'll find a comfortable covered sit-out area for relaxation, complete with outdoor furniture, a swing, and a foosball table—perfect for entertainment and enjoying drinks and meals with your loved ones.-The villa provides plush towels for guests, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable experience by the outdoor pool.-Enjoy stunning mountain views as you take a refreshing swim in the villa’s private pool.Kitchen & Food: The kitchen is well-appointed with a refrigerator, cooking utensils, gas stove, crockery, kettle, toaster, water purifier, and microwave. Please inquire about the suitable vehicle for your drive.Smoking is strictly restricted to outdoor areas such as the balcony and lawn to ensure a fresh and healthy environment for the safety of guests.Sheesha/hookah use is not allowed on the premises.Avoid smoking, drinking, or consuming food near the swimming pool. In case of spillage, the guest will be responsible for the cost of water replacement.Maintain cleanliness; extra fee for deep cleaning if needed upon departure.Expect sporadic network connectivity in remote areas, especially during monsoons.Conserve water and switch off appliances when leaving; inverters available for power failures.Prohibited activities include illegal actions and indoor smoking; limit smoking to outdoor areas.Damaged or contaminated upholstery/bed sheets during the stay must be replaced at the guest's expense before check-out.Quiet hours are observed from 10 PM to 8 AM, and guests are urged to maintain considerate noise levels.Please treat the house with care and responsibility, as it represents a labor of our love.
