The space
This charming getaway offers 2 snug bedrooms, a serene hillside lawn, a cozy sit-out with a bonfire, and a bathtub for ultimate relaxation. The balcony features a beautiful outdoor jacuzzi with massage nozzles, offering a refreshing soak for up to 4 guests while you take in the mesmerizing view. (Please note: the Jacuzzi will offer room-temperature water.) A barbecue setup adds the perfect touch for those who love outdoor gatherings, making this the ideal blend of comfort and leisure.

Bedroom:
The villa features both bedrooms on the first floor, offering a design that captures mesmerizing views.
The first bedroom offers AC, double-size bed for comfort and the other bedroom offers AC and queen sized bed.
Enjoy a luxurious experience with a bathtub in one bedroom and open-sky jacuzzi on the bedroom’s balcony.
Each bedroom in the villa is equipped with its own ensuite bathroom.
Fresh linen and pillows are provided in all rooms.
Wardrobes are available.

Bathroom:
The property boasts 2 private bathrooms, ensuring exclusive facilities for each bedroom.
Additionally, there is 1 bathroom attached to the living room providing convenience for common use.

All bathrooms are modern and have geysers for hot water supply.

Living room is situated on the ground floor and includes a comfortable 4-seater sofa for relaxation.

Additional mattresses provided for extra sleeping arrangements.
The outdoor dining space features a 6-seater dining table, seamlessly connecting the living area with the garden-lawn space.

Only mixed-gender groups are permitted; stags (boys-only) groups are not allowed.
The space is equipped with an inverter facility providing 8 hours of backup power, depending on usage.
Property is located in nature hence it will be subject to insects, bugs as we are in their space. Keep the windows shut when not in use.
Unfortunately, this is not a pet friendly property.

Pawna is a picturesque lake location that is just a few kilometers from the lovely hill-station of Lonavala but is completely different in terms of topography. The lake stretches a few kilometers and provides some glorious out of the world views of both sunrise and sunset.

Getting Around:
It is always best to get your own mode of transportation when you come to rural locations in India as all the tourist points are usually far away from each other.
